Germain Villeneuve
Director
Germain Villeneuve is the Team Leader of the Phoenix Apartment Group of KW Commercial. He is active in acquisition, disposition, valuation, and consulting services. His in-depth knowledge of the multi-residential marketplace, coupled with his industry expertise, have made him a leader in this specialized field. To date, Mr. Villeneuve has closed over $1.9B million in apartment transactions.

Mitchell Kay
Associate
Mitchell Kay is a member of the Phoenix Apartment Group of KW Commercial. He is active in acquisition and disposition of apartment buildings ranging from 15-100 units in size. A native of Phoenix, Mitchell graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor Degree in Realty Studies.
Kylan Teunissen
Kylan is responsible for all underwriting of apartment deals including the preparation of the Offering Memorandum and Opinions of Value. He is currently studying Finance and Real Estate at Arizona State University.
Casey Doty
Marketing Specialist
Casey Doty is responsible for all online marketing as well as social media, the preparation of all sales materials, aerials and videos used in connection with the marketing of apartment communities for the KW Phoenix Apartment Group.
